Flat rate pricing - Our pricing is clear cut. No variable rate pricing structures based on the size of rooms or items that are being serviced. If you wish, you can easily total what you would be investing before you call!
Cleanser pre-spray and fiber rinse - We always pre-spray before cleaning to breakdown any soiling, and extract the cleanser with a softening fiber rinse with optical brightners. Some other companies charge extra for both, or don't do it at all. It's like doing your laundry with no detergent or fabric softener!
Paint and trim protection - We always use wall corner guards and door jam protectors. Who wants to deal with scuffed up paint!
Keeping out the weather - Hoses will have to come into your home, but the winter cold or summer heat and bugs don't have to! We always use a nifty door shroud to eliminate this.
Landscaping - You've invested time and money to beautify your home and we respect that! Whenever necessary, we will place stakes around landscaping to keep our hoses out of your plantings and beds.
